Embedded Systems Engineering jobs
Hello to everyone reading this. This is my first post here so I'm not sure of the etiquettes followed here, but anyway I was wondering to switch my job. I am a 2022 grad EEE from a decent college and worked in a startup for the next 3 years as an embedded systems engineer (hardware, firmware, DFM and all).
Currently I get a sense that my company would not be able to grow and expand at the pace I wish it to happen and I'm worried about career stagnation.
More over I think it's also prudent for me to work in a larger company at this stage because:
- Really curious how they work.
- Need access to better hardware, and paid software stacks that my start-up cannot afford.
- A more balanced work life, these days I find myself working 55+ hrs a week (of actual work, no chilling in between), and I get major FOMO when my peers get offs during regular holidays and hang out without me :(
Any insight would be helpful.
Cheers!
