Trending @Infosys; Emails are saviour.

So basically my project is internal we provide services to various SL and indirectly to clients. We connect with these DMs and PMs and provide our services related to AI. So basically there was a issue from SL regarding our product it was not returning expected answer, I raised the issue with ppl who can take action on this but they never responded, suddenly last week SL stopped using our services. So there was this chaos everyone blaming me. That I didn't take required actions at earliest, I simply shared the mails, where these ppl were invited to discuss the issue which they haven't joined for more than 2 to 3 times. Now my manager wants me to reintegrate our product within 30mins which is nearly impossible. Also everyone knows the solution but they are not taking responsibility 😕 and not giving the solution.
