There is no incentive for having separate gates for business class. Are Airports gonna lose business class travellers if they don't. Where are angry business class gonna go ? ISBT Kashmiri Gate ?

Delhi does need 1 more terminal. It's way too crowded in T3.
And more staff to handle the boarding. There’s way too much a queue at almost all times.

There is a hardly used angled third runway on palam side. It cannot be used in parallel to the two main runways due to the angle and lack of separation. They could use that as a vast new apron , car parks and LCC terminal much beyond what the palam terminal has today
