Hi All, I joined Accenture on 24th Feb 2025 and on bench for 2 months and finally got the project recently. Am I eligible for the Variable Pay? And when is the variable pay cycle?

Kindly answer as I am new to this organisation. CL9

Variable pay is paid in 2 cycles along with may and November salary.
Since you are new, you would be getting like 1-2% as per utilisation.

Accenture variable pay calculation is backdated, it will consider Feb end for variable pay. Since you joined 24th Feb, you will get a variable for 4 days only, it will be very lower than your expectations.
