Trending @Accenture; Eligible for Variable pay

Hi guys, I joined Accenture in October 2024. Am I eligible for the upcoming variable pay cycle in May/June? One more thing, is there any way we can avoid or request for exception for wfo one day a week? I am living all alone in an unknown city and I also don't have any project colleagues working from the same locatio n. So basically in office I am on my own for the whole day.
