Eligible for promotion?

I completed my 3 years in TCS(first company) and I have been working on a single project since I started. Got 2 A bands and am expecting an A band this year as well. The current designation is c1 System Engineer. Am I eligible for promotion? Anything I need to do from my end? and if I am eligible what will be my designation?
