I have completed 30 months and got rating 2. Will I be eligible for the promotion this year after completing 36months or need to wait for the next rating?

30 months completion, RTO( if applicable), rating 3 & above are eligible... And you will be promoted only if your manager nominate you, else you have to wait till next quarter/ next half yearly... For your manager to nominate... Talk to your manager, he may guide you or give you other possibilities

No neither are you eligible for promotion or Bonous payout.. You've to wait for next quarter
