Eligible for appraisal ?

I have joined in May 2023. Do I am eligible for hike after a year? And what I need to do with Speed I just added Manager, Reviewer and HR . Then what are the further steps?

If u have retention incentives in your offer/compensation letter that only u get after year completion

If you are NOT a fresher then you are not eligible for a hike for FYA (there will be goals, ratings and all that but no hike)
