5moTrending @Cognizant; Eligibility for Senior Associate Promotion After 4 Years Experience
I wanted to check if employees with 4 years of total experience, who have been at the Associate designation for the last 2 years, are eligible for promotion to Senior Associate. Also, if a Project Manager says “we’ll be promoting you soon,” how reliable is that in terms of actual timelines? Would appreciate clarity on the eligibility criteria and realistic expectations for promotion.

Not reliable. Min 30 months in Associate is required and then after you be in list latter your manager needs to push hardly then only you will be promoted at that they will consider your experience also I guess min 6+ should be
