There should be some sub-level movement for you as well. If you are at Lev 11 Sub lev 1 i.e. 11.1, you are eligible for promotion. If you have not already started this discussion with your supervisor/manager, i suggest you do so it immediately.

This year would be tough but next year you can get promotion if you are proactive, dedicated and hard working individual and if you are already handling responsibility of CL 10

Variables to your next level:

• Project budget
• Company last quarter performance
• Manager’s mood
• Anyone else in queue for promotion
• Your ratings
• Your workday priorities
• Time spent in last level

@AgileRent6 I talked with manager regarding my growth , he said promotion will be given if candidate outperform everyone at his CL Like done some automations, +1 activities, etc

At CL 8 or 7 if two candidate showcase same performance they even compare non technical activities like organizing , etc...

I seen above scenario live , CL12 has been in bench more than year . But got ACE in last q She done activities like collecting information regarding course completions

They try to promote you even in low budget

Im same as you. We are eligible for promotion but it purely depends on your project budget

Same, but been only 6 months. Following this thread out of curiosity. Do update if you get promoted 🤞🏼

People are getting promotions within in an year also which are doing nothing... So it all depends on project, however such promotion this year alos will not happen

Confirm promotion only after 4years mostly it depends upon years of work with Accenture and clients budget hike
