4 years 5+ months as above 5 months it would be considered as a full year

4 year and 183 days for 5 day working company and 4 years and 240 days for 6 days in a week working companies.Gratuity received before completing 5 years of continuous service is generally fully taxable.Non taxable if received after 5 years
