Trending @Infosys; Eligibility For Early Career Reward?

I completed two years in November 2024 and was expecting a promotion to SSE, but unfortunately, I wasn't promoted. I would like to know if the ECR is exclusively linked to the SSE role, or if I am still eligible to receive the ECR.
