Eligibility criteria for Wings 1

4 years of experience in TCS and still in C1 grade, am I eligible to apply the Wings-1? If so, I applied it and am getting promoted to C1 to C2 in this quarter, will TCS allow me to write a Wings-1?If so, will it reflect it in my package?
