Elevate/Digital incentive CTC component is not part of annual compensation hike
For example:
If total CTC = 10L Elevate/Digital incentive = 2L Rest CTC = 8L
Annual appraisal hike is calculated on 8L, and not 10L as elevate incentive is fixed and does not come under annual hike.

Nahi bhai, agar hikable CTC ka part hota toh annual hike me kuch percentage elevate incentive ka component bhi increase hota.
