Elevate Wings 2 program - Reality check

I cleared my P1 milestone in Feb 24 with distinction and was asked that I will be getting rewards letter by June 24 than its pushed to July24 end and now Aug. Is it a genuine learning program or TCS not happy to rewards it's employees.

Wings 2 is a scam.. they’re using it to control attrition to some extent and reporting the total employee learning hours to win some xyz Awards.. they have put revised compensation on hold for last 6 months with all the false communications..

It doesnt work like that. First you have to clear pp1. Only then you can pursue other 3 in any order or at the same time
