Elevate incentives on bench

Hi, I am taking release from my current project on 31 March as team is asking to relocate to another location due to SWON closure at my location. Due to personal reasons I am not willing to relocate hence taking release from project. I haven't found any project where I can align my skill-set. Most probably I'll be on bench for sometime.

My question is will my Elevate incentive continue or removed till I join new project?

I think only quarterly incentive is stopped and that too if your deployment index falls below a certain percentage.
