Elevate Incentives

People whose Elevate Incentives were paused last year because of C/D band, did you get a revised compensation letter? My doubt is if I want to switch I want to show the full CTC even though incentives are paused. If I get a revised compensation with the incentives scrapped off, then that will make it difficult to show the full CTC as it will be lowered without the incentives.

Compensation letter of the previous year must have digital incentives included even if you have got C or D. It only gets paused. Though many companies ask for previous 3 months salary slips in which there will be no digital incentives. So, that might create a problem.

What if I say it got paused because of Appraisal cycles or internal policies? Do you think it is negotiable with HR?

You can try that! Maybe you have to explain why you got low ratings.. or you can wait couple of months!
