Elevate incentive comes from project budget?
I have cleared DIGITAL Wings in November 24 and got IPF rating 3.6 can I expect B band? lf they will give me give B band then they have to give elevate incentive approx 22k. I guess if wings incentive comes from project budget then they will give me C band to cut the cost of project. As associate with below B band not eligible for elevate incentive.
Nope, the elevate incentives are seprate, as I shifted my client and asked the same thing to my new manager (who is a good guy) and je said its seprate. Sure, rating below B will pause it though, but its not from project budget.
Thanks. So, can I get B band if I request my manager for that. As B band is required to get the incentives?
