Elevate Incentive

What about those people whose bands were C in the last year 2024 and their profile got degraded from digital to ninja and now they have got A or B band.Will they get incentive in next salary or they need to wait for new compensation letter.

I have the same case. Many are saying that incentives will start in next salary! As those having digital got C this time, will get their incentives paused without any compensation letter. Everyone is uncertain though, let's wait

You can mail your HR though. I mailed mine, but got no response. Will mail again! Though technically, digital incentives are not part of hikes, they are part of our pay structure! It should start with upcoming month.
