Elevate component

Hi. Does anyone have an idea about elevate components in CTC . I cleared wings and I'm currently receiving an Elevate incentive in my CTC . When will this be diluted to normal pay scale? If I get promoted will they give a hike percentage based on CTC or CTC with exclusion of Incentive?
