EL encashment Rules

I had 54 El so, technically only 6 EL should have been enchansed. As till 48EL we can store, as per my knowledge. But now 10 EL is encashed and only 44 remains. Please anyone could suggest. What is the enchasment rules about EL.

The ELs for a quarter are credited at the END of the quarter…so end of March, 2025 your actual EL balance in 54 + 4 = 58. Max EL accumulation = 48. So the encashment becomes 58-48 =10.

EL are crediton first of evey quarter

No what I mean to say is the EL for a quarter is always credited after the quarter ends i.e. EL for Jan-Mar quarter is credited on 1-April.
