Rents are pretty high compared to quality you get, due to it’s close proximity to Koramangala. 3-4 months back 2BHK houses in Ashwini Layout we’re going for around 40k. These houses were really small and cramped. The whole area is feels suffocating. Better to stay in Domlur if you’re working there. Otherwise, look for houses in CV Raman Nagar if you can stay a bit farther.
