either RTA or BOP job

suggest me i have an offer from a company etech 3.6 lpa for RTA real time Analyst I am confused wether i shoul join RTA to step on career parth of data scientist or I Try big companies BPO jobs and try to get internal switch I have also resigned TCS BECAUSE there it was not possible to get switch in it may take 2-3 years
