Trending @Accenture; EIT transfer/Release from project

I want to get transfer from Bangalore to jaipur but my project said jaipur is not client approved location. My manager said get a release from project then join a project which doesn't has any problem with jaipur location. What should I do? Should I get a release from the project? It was my 1st project I don't know when I will get new project, don't know how is the situation in other projects will I be able to get new project soon or not? and I am pretty comfortable with my current project work.
