Trending @Accenture; EIT Transfer request

I have raised a transfer request from Bengaluru location to bhubaneswar location some days before but I didn't receive any confirmation mail from helpdesk@astindia regarding the process, though I can access the ticket no. in ast portal and the status is in process and the transfer effective date is 1st October.

Is it a matter of concern as I didn't receive the confirmation mail regarding the process
