Efforts by Parkinson's law

So that's the name of the law! I read about this in a post on Twitter - it talked about how majority crib Tier 1 grad are paid more, or govt officials enjoy benefits not available commonly. They put a major chunk of their efforts and hardwork early on in life and now reaping the fruits, people who didn't/couldn’t focus then, have to keep on with the hardwork till much later
