Efficiency WFO vs WFH
Who else thinks that work from home feels more efficient now rather going to the office ? Life would be so awesome if they allow permanent wfh and we can go to our native place living with our loved ones 🥲
As an IC, Work from Home is super efficient if you’re disciplined, can document and communicate roadblocks efficiently in daily meetings.
As a Team, I’ve seen you need good ICs for it to work fine. Design discussions are almost always better offline because nobody pays attention online.
I'm not sure WFH is ideal for freshers or under 5 years experienced folks. Coz there's a lot to learn in our initial years, it doesn't matter how talented he/she is guidance is still required. That's my perspective 🥴
Hybrid works best for a company, with 2 days of WFO/week.
