Effect of band c

If a person a gets band c in the appraisal? Will they move u from digital to ninja?

For me before joining I have upgraded myself from ninja to digital through dca exam..but i joined as a digital only.

If you are digital before joining, then the band won't affect your salary as far as I know.

If you have upgraded yourself yes they might reduce your salary if you got digital directly nothing will happen
