If the survey indicates most people are happy then obviously no need to give any msi. So please spread the word and vote accordingly
They are definitely going to give MSI. The whole idea of launching the EES now is to give you the MSI in November and tell us we listened to your EES survey. Lol.
The only thing not guaranteed is whether 3 rating guys will receive or not. 4 and 5 it's a surety.
