The same happened to me also when I requested something from the management. This is a very common thing in Cognizant, that's why I called senior management people in Cognizant are cheap minded and brainless people.

Yup my colleague also started shouting in the office. I raised an unofficial complain in the team and now I am getting offboarded. The culture is very toxic and people have zero manners
