Editting your message in teams
This is just a survey for everyone's literacy regarding this online culture. How often do you 'edit' your message in teams? pov: When the teams messages are going to a very large number of recipients, or very important people, I would say message accuracy is quite important. But, especially with this new generation of SDEs, mails are being initiated by boomers (well, atleast in my team)
I'm just doing this survey to understand how others perceive the 'edited' symbol.
How and when do you use (ed)it 😉?
when I typed something incorrect and they haven't seen it.... then I edit.... else no
I don't see edited messages from others as normal and not any red flag
I hate using it, because I feel that when someone edits their messages, the credibility of that person goes down
