Hi folks, My EBP coming to end, if HR asked me to submit resignation then is there any possibility for final settlement with 3month salary??

I want to share my experience transitioning from EBP to Billable Project.

Due to an idiotic practice manager in BHDC I was 50% billable in a client project, while the client wanted me to be 100% billable. The stupid practice manager did this to adjust some billing issues. As a result I lost the project as the client wanted full 100% participation.
I was put into EBP my leaves were deducted and I was in LOP
I reached out to multiple practice managers, project managers, consultants, internal wipro TA and recruiters and shared my resume. Due to my strong development skills in Python, DevOps/MLOps I was able to get interview calls and finally got into Billable Project.
