Hey guys, what do you do for hard pleasure?

Easy pleasure = watching movies, anime, web series, reels, videos Hard pleasure = playing an instrument, going on adventures, writing stories or poems, gardening

Just curious— Which one gives you more pleasure? And can hard pleasure become a backup plan after retirement or a layoff?

If it is healthy sleeping like 8-9 hours than it is hard Pleasure, good for health

If more then 8-9 hours than easy Pleasure.

My life Fs me with a hard thing and gets enough pleasure out of it on weekdays. So I just take some easy pleasure like video games and movies on weekends so that at least I am not dying soon.
