[Easiest way to get a job in US for 30 year old person with 6 years of product based company experience]

Hi folks,

I'm a full stack developer who is working in a product based company with 6 years of experience. I feel I'm in a mid life crisis now and I'm confused about what to do next. My priorities are to make shit ton of Money and retire early.

I'm open to doing MS but feel too old. What are the best ways to get a job in the US?
