It's pretty good. In India making 20 lakhs probably puts you in the top 5% of earners. Objectively you have a good salary.
But compared to how high software Engineer salaries can go, you're around the middle. It's possible to make around 60lpa at 4 yoe if you are in top companies.
Basically good or bad is objective if you're happy with it that's all that matters
