Trending @Accenture; Earned leaves used on bench???

How it gets calculated? If i am on bench for 2 months and i use my own earned leaves for 1 month during my bench period. In that case will my bench be considered only for 1 month or hows it ?

Leaves considered as holiday like Saturday/Sunday

60 days splits into 30 days on bench 30 days on leave So chargeability = 0 for both cases 30 days of bench and 60 days on bench

30 days of leaves means you lose 1 month of salary
