Hi all,
I was on bench for 5 days. My manager is saying use earned leaves instead of Unassigned charge code so that my chargeability will be 100%.
What's are the benefits of maintaining 100 % chargeability?
Note: Manager is not forcing, just suggesting.

Variable pay is directly linked to chargeability. Less chargeability due to being on bench, less payout

100% chargebilty is not given right
I checked mine it's always 97 to 98 percentage
Since I charge my time in 8.5 as working and 0.5 meeting
Does this make the charge to 98 to 97 not 100 percent
Anyone please suggest

Nothing much will happen, they will always try to give less variable pay, whatever possible, so don't waste your earned leaves
