Trending @Accenture; Earned leaves doubt

I have 30 earned leaves right now I think which is the max we can keep and the rest would lapse So every month we get 1 day as an earned leave does this mean every month I can take 1 earned leaves without disturbing my 30 day leaves?

Like if it's 30 now so this month I would get 1 day new earned leaves which would obio lapse so I can take 1 earned leave every month? And stil have my earned leaves stay at 30
