I would suggest not to use your earned leaves . You can always opt for planned sick leave 😅

There is an option for half day , tick that while applying leave . First apply half day causal leave 2-3 days before . And then on that day , apply second half sick leave saying headache or something

There is no option to take half a day when you apply for earned leave.
