To anyone who has recently completed notice period and got FnF settlement from Accenture:

If we have more than 30 days of Earned Leaves, will all get encashed in FnF or is there any limit?

No, 30 days is maximum for encashment and you will get only basic pay of your salary at the time of leaving.
