Early stage career advice
Hi all, 3 yoe Currently very comfortable in a role but not much learning. Very good manager, not much pressure, know in and out of current task but its stagnant now Not much growth Living a comfortable life TC 15
Now have a new offer will have to relocate to mumbai, and then the whole hustle begins
I am having second thoughts on choosing new offer, can people with experience lay down their thoughts

Personally speaking, no growth this early in the career isn't ideal.
I was in Capgemini for 18months and relate to your situation. Towards the end of my stay I was scared of being unemployable and staying behind wrto peers since there wasn't any learning.
Also, since you are saying that there's stagnation, you don't know when you'll be replaced or reduced to a middle manager. This will definitely make your career tough later on for sure, so this comfortable life will be behind you.
So might as well grind early and chill later, assuming you have no obligations as such holding you back.

What role are you currently in? Where will you have to shift from to Mumbai?
Is the new offer better for a few reasons?
Will be helpful to know this, have made couple of switches in biz roles so can guide from that experience
Data strategy (biz role, not technical) office near western express metro, ctc would be 20, yes shift to mumbai
Sorry I’m unable to give good advice because of the unknowns here
Mumbai lifestyle typically goes lower because you end up spending a lot more on stay and stuff like that; but it’s a good city otherwise if you have friends there
Your savings may not be as high as other cities, but otherwise 20LPA is quite good
So it rests a lot on what makes this role better. If you like the company more, and the role is similar/better than your current one - it seems like a positive thing to take up?
Early in your career if you feel you are comfortable in your position you should leave….
