Early relieving tactics

I’m one year experience female working as FE engineer working at startup.

First these folks put me into pip, then I resigned and scored an offer letter, now these folks are not letting me go, though they often let go people in a month even though having a 3 month notice period but thet aren’t doing the same to me.

I’ve done some tantrums but I don’t think they’re working cuz they bully me into cornering me and trying to resolve my issues.

The workplace is already very toxic to me, and I want to join this new place.
