Early relieving from TCS being on bench
If i am on notice period and reporting to RMG, what happens if they ask me to leave TCS earlier than expected (before completing 90days notice period). Do i get paid for remaining days or we get nothing for remaining days and only get paid till the day of getting relieved from TCS?
RMG also told me to get an early release. I asked 2 months because I don't career gap. They agreed for me to stay 2 months. But after 2 month, I asked release Hr didn't respond i tried multiple times no response so i decided to stay 3 months😀
They don't pay for remaining days. Only for the day you worked in tcs.
Oh ok, but what if they force us to leave early and don't pay. Isn't that TCS exploiting the 3 months notice period for their own benefit?...They can relieve us whenever they want without paying but we can't go voluntarily
You Resigned so they won't pay anything. If they terminated you then they will pay
