Trending @Wipro; Early relieving

Hi, I have not been assigned any project work from past few months but I was billable. Since 3rd week of Feb, I’m on bench. I don’t see any project where I can be assigned before May end. My query is

  1. If I get a job out of Wipro, can I get released a little early?
  2. If so, then how much early I can get released?
  3. Also I need to buy out the remaining working days if I get relived early?

I don’t have any kind of work dependency right now. Thank you.

Is there any minimum time someone will be asked to serve notice or it will be immediate release?

It depends, for some colleague they have done it within a week

Depends on the Bench/HR manager. If you can convince them after you received an offer you can get early release. There is no point for them to pay your full salary on Bench if you want to leave

This makes sense but I have been reading on forum that even though people are on bench, they are asked to serve full notice.
