Early Release with 90 days of notice period

I am working in an MNC company and here notice the period is 90 days, I am ready to pay and leave the organisation to grab new opportunities. But hearing a notice period of 90 days HR never considered my candidature.

I got many calls and cleared the interview for 30 days of joining.

I do not know how I can leave as the SDM and manager will not approve my early release request.

Can anyone suggest what will be the best and safest course to get release.
