Early Release - Urgent request

Hello guys, pls consider this an urgent request, Im working at hcltech, i have resigned in march since the role did not match with they mentioned during interview, since they denied my request for a project switch i have stopped working and now in lop, i have asked for early exit to hr, but they are telling i must be moved to bench first, but management is saying its pending with PMO, and its already 2 weeks after that. Nobody is replying to me, What are my next steps?, i have another offer asking for my joining date.. pls help me get exit from here.
