Trending @Wipro; Early Release Request Query

I am requesting an early release in Wipro. Manager gets convinced, saying will approve from the project end

But HR is not giving clarity, saying they have some internal quarter guidelines so can't take early release requests this quarter In the last week of Sept or Oct first week will review my case, then will decide what to do. This uncertainty creating lot of stress for me.

But I need release before 2nd Oct.

Is it true? Are there any such guidelines or HR just giving me excuses?

It will be helpful if someone from the HR team can respond

Really need suggestions on how to tackle this situation

Just call HR and get clear words on the support, are you going to release me say yes or no. And on that basis get the information in the email.

I called her also. But HR is saying she cannot commit anything.

Just tell say yes or no. And if manager is agree what’s the problem she has take the words from her that’s it will help you to get release.

Don’t worry bro I am on the same way and discussed many times with my HR and HR’s manager and found same response but my HR is working in approvals but seems no chance need to serve full 90 days as per policy HR said me and I can’t do anything without serving let 10% Hope for review in 1st week of October as lwd falling under Q3 then might be there some possibilities to get early release. I suggest wait for 1st week of October and let’s see
