I have been non billable from past 2 months and I have put down my paper 1 month back and now in bench looking for a early release, HR denying saying that as per policy I have to serve all the three months, any leads would be helpful in this scenario

As per policy, you need to serve a 3 month notice period - not possible to get HR to agree on early release - just spend time in Wipro and get some certification before you move out - All the best
