Trending @Cognizant; Early release process

I already got the D+ approval. But the process is pending, neither my manager knows whom to reach out from HR team so do me, I tried raising GSD for HR, as well as pinged a certain HRs but everyone is pointing to another one. Need the early release urgently.

Can anyone suggest what needs to be done? Need release within this week
