I have received offer from another company they are asking for joining in 60days, can I ask for early release? I have 30days leaves in store Will they ask me to pay for the remaining 1minth or can it be adjusted with my leaves?

Yes you can get early release - direct draft a mail your N+1 stating your LWD and there are high chances he will approve as CG provide early release as it's end of year

Congratulations!. I am not sure about the early release but you can also try to buy out the remaining 30 days. Btw from which company you got the offer? And your year of experience?
